The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The CHRO provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the CEO and executive management team.
Booksource Sales Consultant
Booksource Sales Consultants are the company's main presence in our sales territories, creating, maintaining, and actively sustaining connections with key decision makers in the Pre-K to 12th grade education market. Our Sales Consultants contribute by retaining and growing business through proactive nurturing of customer relationships and collaborative partnership with their Literacy Accounts Managers. We look for effective Sales Consultants who can engage our customers and help us grow the business in both existing accounts and through forging connections with new districts.
